Velveeta Revelations: Velveeta Fudge

So, we are still workin' the whole Velveeta thing over at our house and can I just say? Every single recipe I use calls for a POUND of Velveeta. What's up with using a whole POUND of processed cheese PRODUCT in your food? And what does this say about those people who actually eat Velveeta? Of which I am one? I'm not going to think about that.
